    I guess I know to start out with Rubbing Compound with its DAT for any heavy paint transfer from now on.

    I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.

    I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
    Remove swirls my friends.

      It might have if I kept at it with the sandpaper, but I was very hesitant and only rubbed the mark for about 10 seconds very gently. I've never practiced wetsanding a car's paint and only keep sandpaper for headlights so I didn't want to ruin anything. I'll need to make a trip to the junkyard one day to get a part to practice on.
