    using a PC.

    I have ordered Lake Country CCS pads: Orange, White, Black, Blue

    I have a black car with some light swirls.

    After washing and claying, I will try SwirlX, and move up to Ultimate Compound if needed.

    Should I use something like deep crystal polish before finishing with NXT2.0? Do I need a polish inbetween the UC/scratchX and the NXT tech wax?

    Given the pads I got...what would be a good pad/product combo?

    The polishing step is optional. If you have the time and patience, by all means apply polish in between UC/scratchX and the NXT wax. Being a black car, it is more likely you will notice a difference from the polishing step.

    Also, if you want to step up from SwirlX, you can always go to ScratchX 2.0. It's not as agressive as UC and lies somewhere in between SwirlX & UC.

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

      You don't have to apply polish, but it would make a difference.

      How about sealant before wax .. that adds extra beauty, if you are keen.
