Did you shaked the product well?

That happens because the polymers sits in the bottom.. GIVE IT A GOOD SHAKE!

Read the instructions in the back, it says.... Shake well prior to use

And turn the bottle upside down when you shake it....really helps loosen up the settled material at the bottom of the bottle.

Yeah, Shake it well for a minute or so, if the result is the same...Call Customer Care and have it replaced because that is not normal.

Shake up the bottle really well for a good twenty seconds or so. If it doesn't pour out in a uniformed lotion like consistency, then it's no good. Give customer service a call and see what they can do for you at 800.347.5700

Like the others have said. Shake it up. Also shake it during the application process.
