None that I am aware of. I had a stone chip on one of my chrome rims and dabbed a little chrome/silver paint on it. It is not noticible unless one is looking for it and hopefilly it will stop any moisture getting under the chrome and lifting it.
No real repair available. You'll just have to pay more attention to it now keeping it clean and waxed more often. Rust and corrosion can be very aggresive.
