I have a car with wood grain and behind the cupholder there are some swipes going back and forth. I hate to call them scratches because I dont think you can feel them with your finger. It is an 08 tahoe. Does anyone know of anything that would take these out without damaging the finish?

Re: Scratches on wood grain
Generally these surfaces have a clear coat over them, not terribly unlike the paint on the exterior of the car. You should be able to remove the marring with something like ScratchX 2.0 and either a foam (preferred) or microfiber applicator. Just go real easy to start as this coating may be fairly soft.Michael Stoops
