UC is a much more forgiving product then M105. It is very easy to use, allows for long work time and has great cut.
M105 creates more dust and does not have the long buffing cycle as UC. However, it does have more cut then UC obviously since it is Meguiars most aggressive compound. Also, UC usually has much more availability than M105.
Depending on the hardness of your paint, I would reccommend starting with Swirlx as you want to go for the least aggressive method. Following up UC or M105 with Swirlx or M205 will add increased depth to the finish. D

We really would recommend UC if you're using a D/A buffer for the reasons stated above.
