The best you could hope for at this point is it repaint the car and have NO factory Orange peel. Thats extreme but considering once you get a car where you want. Consistant upkeep (wash, dry, booster wax) details take 20 minutes. Every 1-2 months or I would say 5-6 washes it would not hurt to hit it with another layer of NXT OR I recommend some #26 Hitech Yellow Wax from Megs.

Here is a pic of my father in law's 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 Night Runner. Has TONS of flake and on a cell phone its not the best but looks what reflections I got.

*** Note: the other thing you can do is buff and just ensure there are no swirls marks which IMO ALL CARS HAVE.

Shame on the orange peel. =/ I know in the side picture of the car it looks like there is orange peel above the wheel, but that's just a strange distortion in the picture. Trust me, after I uploaded that picture, I had to examine it for myself.
And unless my camera has a special orange peel spotting ability that my eyes do not in direct sunlight, there is no orange peel.
