How much QD do you use when claying?

I noticed I seem to be going through a lot of QD when I clay. Just using the 16oz bottle it is almost empty after two cars: an 05 Honda CRV and an 09 Buick LaCrosse. How much do you guys usually use? Looking to purchase Last Touch and dilute it 1:1 for clay bar lube.

Probably about right.

That seems about right but it also on the amount of bonded contaminants.

I put my LT at 1:1 in QD bottles. I usually use the whole 16oz bottle, sometimes more.

I used about half a bottle for the average sized car.
The way I reasoned it is that, you only need to do it once a year (ideally, maybe once or twice more, depending), so it's really not that big of a deal to make sure you use enough.

Yeah, I made a mistake and forgot that not everyone just works on their own car haha.

As Tuck mentioned Last Touch mixed 1:1 (50% water 50% Last Touch) is the way to go if you're doing quite a bit of claying.

Last Touch diluted is my go to clay lube. You usage of qd seems about right.
