Where can I purchase a nick sander tool ? Nicsand,Badger,K-tool,& Prep Pen all sell these online with inflated prices & $8.00 shipping ! Tried all local Auto Parts stores with no success. Help !

You might want to look for a body shop supply store in your area and see if they have something like this. Odds are, however, that those places will sell things more along the lines of our 3" sanding/finishing discs and our hand applicator.
