I noticed today in the sun that my rear bumper has alot of swirls and i was wondering if i use the UC on plastic bumper will it be ok?? the bumper is painted body colour of my car

You should be fine. If you are using a DA though then make sure not to dwell in one space too long. The bond of the paint to the plastic is not as strong as it is to the metal body frame so just be little more careful.Tedrow's Detailing
