So - what all can you clean with this stuff? I've heard everthing from engine compartments, tires, wheels, mirrors, windows, seats, upholstery, leather, vinyl, carpet, dashboards, kitchen sinks, ..... etc etc etc... Is that accurate????

Re: What can you clean with APC+ ???
APC+ is very versatile and you can use it even on non-detail related tasks. I use it around the house and there isn't any need for any other APC cleaner (Simple Green, etc.) as one gallon will last a very long time considering the dilution ratio which is from 4:1 - 10:1. It's one Meguiar's product in my arsenal I wouldn't be without.

The only thing I would not use it on is leather. It seems a little powerful for leather. I would stick APC if cleaning leather. Sorry for saying leather so many times.Tedrow's Detailing

Meg's APC'S and APC'S in general are non-antibacterial, right? I keep this in mind when choosing when and where to use the APC.

Is there really a strength difference between APC and APC+? I've been told that the only difference is the foaming action, (well and the color and scent). If you dilute APC 4:1; and APC + 4:1; they are both APC'S at 4:1. Maybe I'm misinformed.... I used APC on leather yesterday at 10:1, because I wanted the foaming action, (see http://meguiarsonline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=42631) and had outstanding results.Mark

Re: What can you clean with APC+ ???
I dont think Meguiars was worried about your tires being germ free..
If antibacterial stuff is good or not is really a whole other issue.
I believe APC+ also has a hint of degreaser in it.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue

Yeah, my antibacterial statement was geared towards the comments about using it around the house. Additionally, on my own vehicle, I use anti-bacterial cleaners after APC on the steering wheel and shifter.
Good to know about the bit of degreaser. Are Meguiar's MSDS sheets available online anywhere?Mark

FWIW - MSDS don't always tell you ALL the active ingredients. MSDS aka Material Safety Data Sheets are intended for reporting known hazardous ingredients in a product so it is possible a supplier will not disclose non-hazardous active ingredients.
