Sorry to be late to this party, and granted I'm no specialist in bird matters, but I don't have any seagulls near my house, I don't park under any trees, and yet the blackbirds/crows across the street from me do manage to relieve themselves in flight--always, it seems, as they are flying over my unprotected cars.
