  • Petroleum Based?

Sorry people if this is a stupid question, but are any of the meg's products petroleum based? For instance, I want to order the NXT Tech Protectant for my Red Tonneau(it's vinyl). Anyone use this who can tell me how well it works?

    Many Thanks:

I think NXT Tech Protect is solvent based but I am not sure. If it is solvent based then it will stand up to water very well, much better than a water based dressing.

Your best choices for the tonneau cover are probably All Season Dressing or Ultimate Protectant. Both stand up quite well to rain and washings where most water based dressings will just tend to run off in those situations. Tech Protect will probably fall somewhere in between in terms of rain/wash resistance.
