How long do you let the Deep Crystal Polish dry before you wipe it off ? Does it have to cure 12 hours before you put a coat of wax over it ?

No. You do not allow the polish to dry before you wipe it off. It is not a wax. You put it on, work it in and then wipe off. No need to wait for the polish to dry as it does not benefit anything.
