      You could use meguiars mirror glaze line M39 which is a heavy-duty vinyl cleaner ,meguiars detailer line of D103 all purpose cleaner plus, Mr clean magic earaser or try a 50/50 mix of Isopropyl alcohol (higher percentage is better-I think it is 94%)and water and rub over area.
