  • UQD vs. UQW

So I have tried using both UQD and UQW as a drying aid, and like them both. I just spray it on the panel while still wet, then wipe off along with the water. Very convenient and gives it a nice look when finished.

Now is there a preference as to which one I should use? They both seem very similar from reading the labels, biggest thing is that UQW can be applied in the sun, which is a huge bonus to me as I wash my car outside. Is there any disadvantage to UQW everytime I wash (once a week often)?

Any reason why I would use one instead of the other, besides price (UQD is cheaper I think), or being able to use UQW in the sun? Thanks,

UQW is going to give you more protection than UQD.

I usually use UQW or Last Touch though.

UQD does not replaces the wax job, it just help to maintain the finish, also thanks to the hydrophobic polymers =P

You should try Wash and Wax shampoo if you like combining the washing and waxing steps together.
