Holograms but I've never used a machine..

Just finished washing with UWW and now I'm seeing holograms in direct sunlight.

What happened? Always use the 2 bucket method with megs mitt in good shape. Last week when I washed I waxed with Autoglym HD an used their applicator pad. It looked great. Seems like these holograms came out of nowhere.

Edit: qwik detailer seems to help clear some of it up. Is it possible
it's residue from the "wax" in UWW? It leaves a nasty film on the windows; stands to reason something is left on the paint.

I have seen some high carnauba content waxes give the appearance of holograms several hours later after having removed it. A lot of users refer to it as the wax "sweating".

Should go away after your next wash or with the use of a QD.

ok man. I was scared to death. This paint is my baby!

I just QD'd it. The effect seems to be reduced. What worries me is that I could see lines in the holograms.
