Okay guys, I just found this forum and I am SO GLAD that I am able to ask real people first before I buy yet another disappointing product. (Turtle Wax Ice anyone?)
That being said, let me describe where I am at:
I own a 2005 Chevy Impala that is Dark Greystone Metallic and a 2009 Chrysler Town & Country that is Black Pearl Crystal. I have no garage, so they are outside all the time. I live in Western South Carolina (no ocean spray) where there is a significant amount of heat and humidity.
The paint condition on the Impala is good. I usually only washed and waxed it in the past. I have some light swirling so I am going to use the SwirlX. The Town & Country is new, purchased last august and I have very faint swirling on it already.
I guess my question is this: I have narrowed my next product to either Gold Class wax or NXT 2.0 wax. I have read a few other threads on teh subject, but they did not answer all of my questions namely:
Does NXT leave white residue on plastics?
Is the NXT easy to tell if it is ready to be wiped off?
What exactly happens if I use these products (wax, swirlx)in the sun?
