After having such a hard time with the past last time, I decided to give it another try today. It was about 10 degrees warmer (mid-upper 70s) than last time and I was able to get the wax on super-thin with just barely dabbing the sponge into the wax...on the sunny side of the car where the paint was warmer. I was actually able to do the entire hood and a fender with just the residue left over in the applicator sponge from the last waxing. The shady side of the car was a bit harder...I wonder if the NXT paste needs to be applied to a warmer surface??
This time the residue buffed off like a dream and most of the fine defects are gone (unless you know where to look and look closely).
