Rust!!!!

i got hit and have a crack in my paint and now some rust its about the size of a half a pen cap...

i was thinking sand paper on the end of a pencil eraser sanding then using chip paint to seal it in afterwards...

this is of course if i dont get it reapired

They also sell a little pen looking thing that has fiberglass strands at the end to sand small chips.

I was told a place like PepBoys may well have it near the touch up section, though I am sure the PBE type stores are also an option. I have not shopped for one yet.
