I have Aluminum Wheel's on my Jeep...I'm not sure if there clear coated or not..Whats the rule with aluminum polish..Black stop and no black go ahead..

Other way...
Metal will cause black, and paint will be clean (or gray if dirty).
Could also use something like UC/#105, should have the same affect, and at least be paint safe. Nxt Metal Polysh was clearcoat safe if you made a mistake.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue -

Not clearcoat safe, but a gently applied amount in one spot should cause no damage.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR BlueComment
