Anyone ever try Engine Kote on any exterior trim? I'm thinking about using it on the plastic bed cover on an Avalanche...any info would be appreciated.
You can try it, and it will look fine, but the product is water based and the second it gets wet it should wash off. Engine Kote works well inside an engine bay because it is shielded from the elements for the most part.

Try a test panel and see how long it last. Problem is A Chevy Avalanche 03'-06' is a lot of real estate cladding wise. And if peels it's not going to look good. I can tell you that there is a TSB if he has fading cladding and it is a free fix.
