  • Help! Pelican droppings on my ragtop!

I sprayed water on the top yesterday morning b4 work but am trying to get them off today with only minor success with a toothbrush and Dawn (since Raggtop vinyl cleaner is lame and was all I had). Nissan says it's not canvas but a synthetic blend so I should use a vinyl cleaner and protectant on my 2004 350Z's ragtop. Any suggestions on a more aggressive product? Freakin' pelicans, man, they are nasty!
    Thanks for a reply,
    Keo

I'd try #38 vinyl and rubber cleaner followed by #40 to protect. Those ******* pelicans! I remember a vacation to Florida were they took a **** on our new Taurus rental car when I was a kid. Their **** is friggin' huge too! Anyway, good luck!

        Slats, do you mean #39?

        Keo,
try the #39, if this does not, go to the dealer since the car new. You could also stop by a boat store and ask for a viynl cleaning product.
