Hurry! Help! What to use to clean windows without streaks!

Sorry for the exciting title, but I am indeed in a hurry and need an answer. I have tried using many products on the inside of the windshield and it always ends up having streaks. I know this sounds like an elementary question, but I would like to know what the technique is for I have a minivan with LOTS of windows comin gin in only a little bit! Please and thank you!

I use Meg's Detailer line glass cleaner. I use it with short nap microfiber towels. I use a wet towel with the cleaner and follow up with dry microfibers.

I also found that cleaning the interior with products that don't outgas in the heat helps to keep a film from forming on the glass in the hotter months and makes cleaning easier.

The dash and vinyl gets Meg's QID and the leather gets Leather Master Strong Leather Cleaner and Leather Masters Protection Cream.

I use the d-line glass cleaner and 2 microfiber towels. Apply product with one and remove with the other. Never really had a issue with streaks, since I started using 2 towels.

Since you have so much glass on the mini van. I like using this tip from Mike Pennington from a while back. On the outside glass wipe for instance vertically. Then when you do the interior glass wipe horizontally. this way if you do have a streak. You will know immediately if it is on the inside or outside.

The towels help (a MF cloth), and the product helps (I use Nxt Glass Cleaner).

I find that the Nxt streaks when I use too much. One trigger pull will do a side window, or half the front/back.

If the window is very dirty, I find I may have to use a little extra cleaner, which may streak, and then do sort of a second cleaning with just a little cleaner.

Im pretty sure the one key thing about cleaning windows is to not let the product dry on the window. Wipe over with your applicator cloth or sponge to take the dirt off and then wipe over with a buffing cloth or pad until the surface is completely dry.

You can uses any good glass cleaner --and used news paper--the ink in the new papers will made the glass clear and streaks free --used one to put glass cleaner on and a clean one to take it off try it you never uses anything elese----I used them 35 years that what I clean all my windows with-in cars and my house

I use Stoner's Glass Cleaner with two MF towels, one for the initial cleaning, and one for the final wipe down. You might want to try RainEX anti fog for interior glass if you're having trouble with high humidity; use the same procedure for it as well.

There are a variety of things I use on windows depending on how bad they are or what is on them. Isoprophyl alcohol really cuts through the tough stuff with very little effort and is great for those really hazy interior windows, glass cleaner is a nice all around cleaner and a spray wax cleans streak free better than the others and adds some beading action.

the best job i have ever achieved in window cleaning was from a steam cleaner with a micro fiber cloth fixed to the squeegee attachment, warning to you dont do this to a cold window or you could be in for a window replacement due to drastic change in temperature

Currently I'm using the Meg's glass cleaner that came with the 2009 holiday gift set from Target, but it's not offered for sale individually as far as I know. I use MF towels to apply and wipe off.

Then, I go back with Ultimate Quik Wax and apply a coating on all the windows with another MF towel.

currently im using both the D120 Glass cleaner and the quik glass cleaner that came in the gift set at target..but i think both were amazing. however i sometimes choose the D-line cuz of the grape smell

here is my driver side window cleaned with D120 glass cleaner, i misted on spray onto the face of a microfiber folded 4 ways, i think worked it into the glass, and then flipped it over to a dry side and buffed it dry right away before the product could dry up on its own. the key to succsesful glass cleaning is to never spray onto the glass, always onto your towel, and to not use too much, usually one mist is good for a small window, and 2-3 mists for the windshields. and also to never do it in direct sunlight and to always buff dry, never leave product on the glass to dry on its own. here is what my window looks like after using this techniquie and D120 glass cleaner

I like the d-line glass cleaner and a window waffle weave. It works great and smells great.

I bought the sample size from ADS and with the 1:10 dilution will last me forever.

i use a glass cleaner then spray mist it wipe it with a chamois then wipe it off with a old newspaper then finish off with MF specifically for glass (is this the short nap? sorry i'm not familiar with the type, but i'm pretty sure its for the glass). result is streak free glass.
