What are you trying to accomplish with a polish on your motocycle? As Murr mentions, M07 is a "pure polish" meaning it offers no cleaning ability (ie defect removal) and no protection (ie wax). It is designed to add gloss to a very well prepared surface, nothing more. If that's all you're after, then M07 is very, very hard to beat. But if you have some fine swirls or other below surface defects that you want to remove, you'll need a different product - something like SwirlX or Ultimate Compound.
