APC+ as a wheel cleaner?

What would be the best dilution ratio of D103 for ALL types of wheels? I've seen APC+ mentioned a lot as a tire and wheel well cleaner, but not much as a wheel cleaner. Does it clean wheels good?

It does a good job for a wheel cleaner but I recently got Wheel Brightner and won't go back, I also use Hot Rims Multi Piece (I have a ton of bottles from a Big Lots sale) and also use Hot Rims All Wheel Cleaner.

I use Eagle One All Wheel/TIRE cleaner for my tires, it works great for that and use a dedicated wheel cleaner for my wheels. But it strips wax off so if your wheels are just dirty, use the good ol' car soap for those and preserve your protected surface.

I thought about Wheel Brightener, but if I'm detailing a car with polished aluminum wheels, I couldn't use it. I will use APC+ to clean tires, wheel wells, wheels, carpets, leather and cloth upholstery, trim. Pretty versatile stuff and such a great value!

yeah.....

WB should not be used on uncoated polished wheels.....

Hot Rims Aluminum Wheel Cleaner is the mildest and works great if you want to go that route.

Can't beat APC/APC+ for all around cleaning! It's my most used product besides car wash in my arsenal.....

A wheel brush dipped in car wash soap and water can do a lot on its own as well.

True. If the APC+ doesn't work for a wheel cleaner, I'll try that, or buy a dedicated wheel cleaner. I will still have a lot of uses for APC+

I regularly use apc to clean my wheels. I tend to be in the middle. Around a 7:1 solution. I swear by the stuff. Has never let me down.

I found that Super Degreaser is very effective for cleaning wheels, you should definitely give it a try if you have some.

My vote goes to Hot Rim All Wheel Cleaner. The foaming action works like magic on brake dust and road grime, but the bottles runs out within a few details. But then again I've never used anything else other than APC (with foaming spray bottle), and it works nothing like the All Wheel Cleaner.

Thats odd, I have found that APC cleans just as good as Hot Rims All Wheel Cleaner. I use the foaming sprayer as well. But I use it at 4:1.
