UW&W quest.?

ok, im "pretty sure" i know the answer to this, but i just want to make sure before i decide my thought was correct.

Am i right to assume Ultimate Wash & Wax will NOT be a good product to use on 10 day old paint? Should i assume it will seal the paint enough to likely cause problems (whatever that may be). Should i just use my current go-to GC wash for the next.....solid month?

I personally dont think you will have any problems. UWW is not a product that has any noticeable lasting LSP properties. I will probably last for the wash and wear off soon after. If you have ever used ONR on a car with no lsp you will notice the polymers it leaves behind and the paint will bead water for a day or two. Even meguiars doesnt warrant UWW as a replacement for UQW or any real lsp for the matter.

I tend to err on the side of caution. It has a wax in it. Do not use it on the 10 day old paint.

Very true. Never the less, since we're talking about a fresh, pricey repaint here it is probably best to err on the side of caution, even though we highly doubt UWW would cause any problems at all.

my thought as well, the body man said i only had to wait 30 days anyway, but knowing me ill give it 60 haha. I will just plan to wash using my trusted GC until i feel it safe to use a product with a wax/sealant
