    Re: dog hair

Try picking up a hair and lint extractor brush. I have had very good success in the past using these brushes.

If you are on a budget or do not feel like leaving the house, find a normal kitchen rubber glove and wipe your gloved hand along the carpet (I'm assuming that is where its at) and you will make little mounds of dog hair. Pick it up with either the glove, or a vacuum. Very simple.

A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.

Ive found this brush (http://www.autodetailingsolutions.net/phb-1.html) works pretty well at grabbing the hair.
