That looks to be a fairly substantial amount of missing paint - unfortunately I don't think anything short of having that painted will help it.
Meguiar's has many fantastic products to fix paint issues, but you need to have some paint there to work with - this doesn't appear to have enough paint.
Sorry!

Like Mark said, they look bad, but it is tough to tell by the picture how bad the scratches really are.
Before you pay $$ to fix, you can try ScratchX 2.0 or Ultimate Compound. They should work pretty well if they are light, but again, they look prettty bad. Don't forget, a couple of applications may be necessary so don't give up after the 1st application.
Do you have or do you have access to these 2 products ? If not , what do you have avilable to you ?
If you can't take them out, then you will need to take to someone to repair for you.Mike Pennington

I am going assume you live in San Juan or Ponce. In San Juan, you should be able to buy Ultimate Compound or ScratchX2.0 at any auto parts store. Pep boys, Auto zone and even Walmart should have these products. If you live else, where let me know and I can see where you might be able to pick up these products.

Judging by the picture, it looks like you're showing us the underside of the front bumper. It looks like you ran into a curb or something, and gouged the plastic. Nothing Meguiar's or anyone else sells will easily fix that. You'll have to take it to a body shop to have it fixed, and in my own personal experience, you're looking at way more than $200 for a 'good' repair job. I had to fix the same thing on my Mazda6 and it cost me about $600 to have fixed by a body shop.
Of course I could be wrong.. you might have just run over something black that rubbed black paint off onto the bumper. If they are scrapes, and they are rough and jagged and down past the paint and into the actual bumper, you'll have to take it to a body shop.

This is going to sound really silly given all of the other good advice already dispensed, but take a chance and clay the area first. It definitely looks like scratches from your pics, but there's a slight chance that it might be paint transfer, and a good claying will remove it if it is just paint.
Doesn't hurt to give it a shot.

Then after the touch up, wax it, and it should be back like normal.
They dont look deep so I doubt anybody will notice it.
