    new paint, can i wash?

    Car was just repainted (the back).
    Can i wash it? I know i need to wait to wax it cause it has to "outgas".
    If i can wash it can i also ok hit it with some UQD??

    You can certainly wash it, just be gentle. Not sure about the UQD because of the polymers in it. Maybe just go with a regular detailing spray for now.

      Yes you can wash. I would skip the uqd. Try a pure polish instead. Like #5, #7.

        Good question.

        You can wash it immediately but make sure and use a good wash and clean clean wash mitt so you do not instill swirls....

        You can also use products that do not contain any "protection" in them on the fresh paint. A polish or cleaner/polish like Deep Crystal Polish, M80 Speed Glaze would be safe and keep that deep gloss while it is curing.

        I would stick w/ QD or Final Inspection during the curing process also !

              DANG! u guys are soo fast. So ill skip the UQD and just do a light wash.....I CANT WAIT TIL MY 60-90 DAYS IS UP!!!
              I WANNA WAX SOO BAD! haha
