    Is the runoff regulation state wide in CA? Or does it vary city by city (or county by county)?

      Darn I work this Saturday. I have a product that is far superior. I would have love to have brought it along.

        The stuff isn't bad. Rene gave us some to try and the results were exceptional. With a little buffing it leaves a good shine.
