any freashly painted body parts need to wait at least 60 days for the paint to outgas.
And I wouldn't use any high pressure water and rub lightly for at least the same period. Also keep an eye out around the edges for any chipping or peeling.
You can apply polish or a cleaner/polish if you like.
Just don't apply any wax or sealant.
