  • Hi tech manga sponge vs clay

ADS says that it's faster and easier than clay but is it as safe? I only use mild clay, never have used aggressive, would that sponge be something to get? I need some clay since I'm down to my last 3 pack of the 50gr bars and saw the sponge.

    Hey fzr

I've never used it but do have one, well my kids have it now. LOL

What I know about it is that it's more aggressive then meguiars aggressive clay, and when you use meguiars aggressive clay you need to follow up with a rotary.

But alot have said that it was great to use on there windows?

I believe several on here has used it with great succsess.

If you've never use the meguiars aggressive clay then I wouldn't dare use the clay sponge!

    Just my opinion

        Here are two links...

I recently came across this on the ADS website: http://www.autodetailingsolutions.com/hi-tech-body-sponge.htm It is supposed to redefine the use of clay bars? Have any of you used this or heard anything about it? I did a search and I couldn't find a single thing here on the MOL boards. It even claims that it can be used up

I saw this on ADS and can't see how this could compare with Megs clays. http://autodetailingsolutions.com/meguiars-auto-detailing-clay-bars.htm I assume it doesn't "enfold" the contaminants and so I would not use it without some good advice. They say you can drop it and rinse it off, so the crud has to be on the
