      I believe that has been available in Australia for a few years. If memory serves, they were in severe water restrictions for a long time.

          And unfortunately for a large part of the country, we still are in severe water restrictions.......in many places it's actually illegal to use drinking water to wash your car, unless it's to wash off 'corrosive' substances - you have to go to a commercial car wash.....

          I scored one of these kits recently when my dad got 2 new tyres for his car, it was a promo deal with the tyre place.
