I just received an order from ADS. I bought some sample size products from the detailer line. The last touch had the consistency of a slush puppy. APC and APC+, both slush. Also, the NXT glass cleaner was a block of ice. Most products expanded and leaked a little from the bottles. Is this stuff going to be O.K. to use? Never used anything from the detailer line, nor the glass cleaner, so I'm not sure what it should be like to begin with. Thanks global warming!!!

Re: Frozen solid, is it O.K.?
I have had slushy still be ok. Be sure to shake them well.
As far as the glass cleaner.... its glass cleaner. Try it, and if the glass doesnt come clean, and pretty streak free, it might not be working right.
All of those products are completley liquid when normal, not thick.
And yeah, no more ordering in winter....2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue

Re: Frozen solid, is it O.K.?
All three products you mentioned are true liquids, as opposed to lotion like products such as NXT Tech Wax 2.0 Liquid, M105, M07, etc. These liquids with a water like viscosity tend to survive temperature extremes much better than the lotion like products.
A general rule of thumb is that you should shake the product thoroughly after it thaws and check for any separation or inconsistencies in appearance. With the lotion like products you will usually end up with a product that will not mix back together and you're left with a very watery component sitting on top of a thicker component. Or the product becomes lumpy like sour milk or cottage cheese. If none of those cues are present after shaking and the products are consistent throughout, they should still be perfectly fine.Michael Stoops
