I finally broke down and ordered some APC, now i read in a few threads, about blotting?? or something like that, anyone know what that is or what it means lol??

Blotting is when you push a towel into a stain to remove it. In other words instead of rubbing the towel and possibly pushing a stain deeper you "blot" the stain to lift it out, assuming you are talking about removing stains from seats or carpets.
