    What are you working on that needs this?

    They are body shop safe, and fresh paint safe.

      The only time I see people asking if when they look Lake Country pads (new cyan/tangerine) for water based polishes mentioned.

        One of the Meguiars experts can probably give a definitive answer.

        Since they clean up with soap and water, I would say yes they are water based.
