just wondering if i get a set of SONUS pads will that be enough???/ if i use 1 pad for polishg will it last me fore the whole??? or if it not work that well because the pad is caked.

I started with a set of 3, but realized that it is really nice to have a few extra in case of the caking issue. I like to use at least one pad per product. I'd say get at least 3-4 polishing pads, a couple finishing, and at least 1 cutting. -
I use Meguiars pads but... I use 1 polishing pad and 2 finishing pads on a detail them wash when I am done. I like to have one or two extras of each pad just incase one gets damaged.Brandon
