Deep scratch! :( Can I do anything about it?

    Deep scratch! :( Can I do anything about it?

    So I just noticed a 5 inch scratch on the bottom of the back right panel behind the tire at the lower end of the car. I have NO idea how it got there or how long I've had it for!

    It fails the finger nail test as my finger nail definitely gets caught in it. What can I do about it? Are there any preventative measures I should take before something bad comes of the scratch?

    clutch, scratches back there are common, specially on a black car since you will notice it right away...the lower back part of the bumper takes most of the beating from rocks being flinged up from your tires..its hard to avoid these scratches...of course a good couple coats of wax helps reduce this potential a lot...if you can see white/grey in the scratch, then you are looking at the primer...so most likely touch up paint is the cure

        well to make the best of it....you should go to your local honda dealer, and buy touch up paint from them, as it would be your exact paint color..thats what i do...its about 6 bucks at my dealer

                Well, regardless the price, I'll have to buy it if I want to match the paint up -- hopefully my local dealer will be closer to $6..

                  lol i hope so to...i know 6 bucks versus 14 isnt much of a difference to complain about, but thats 8 bucks you can spend at burger king =D

                    I was thinkin the same thing!! haha $8 is almost 3 meals anywhere with a dollar menu! haha
