    Re: Tire Dressing Question

yeah you will have no problem..you could always spray ASD onto a brush and then cover those areas and still make no mess or stain driveways...but the applicator pad will work fine with ASD on it for those small grooves

      Re: Tire Dressing Question

Bob, as another thought, here's what I do. My applicator pads are pretty saturated with ASD so I only need to spray partial coverage on the tire. That is usually when I spray the grooved areas. Then I can use the applicator pad to cover the rest of the tire, usually a smoother portion in the middle. As a side note, I'm not worried about discoloring the garage floor so I usually saturate around the tread area pretty good.

          Re: Tire Dressing Question

Before I got into it, I had a mobile detailer come to my house and do my cars. He would always pull my car out into the street before applying tire dressing. After pulling it back in, he would touch it up with a pad, wipe of any sling, etc. In addition to not messing up my driveway, I think it was also his process to get the spot on the bottom of the tire where it meets the street.

A nice brush would fill those grooves in no time
