What meguires shampoo goes perfect with a foam gun !!!!!

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A FOAM GUN, IT GOES WITH MY WATER HOSE, AN I WAS WONDERING IF MEGUIRES MAKES A CAR SHAMPOO FOAM OR WHICH ONE DUE YOU GUYS RECOMMEND ,

While any of our soaps will work, Super Soap will probably give you more suds/foam than others as it's the only one really designed to be used in applications similar to a foam gun. Very high sudsing action and it rinses very easily.

Yeah, I've used Gold Class, Nxt, Shampoo Plus, #62.... all work fine. Just pick your favorite soap.

I second Super Soap, though I decent foaming actions from Gold Class (my wash soap of choice). Are you really that excited about the foamgun or did you put the caps lock on by mistake.

Have not tried super soap, but NXT shampoo works really well for me. Gold Class also works well.

Sorry - I must clarify. I know it will work, I was just referring to Michael's post about Super Soap being the best one for a foam gun, due to it's high sudsing action........I would have thought Hyper Wash had the highest sudsing due to its high dilution ratio? - therefore would have been the best to use in a foam gun, because it would / should last so much longer???

No, assuming both were mixed to the proper dilution ration, the Super Soap would be foamier.

Now, if you were to mix the soap a bit stronger, it should be a bit foamier. And Hyper-Wash would be cheaper to mix strong, and thus using more.

As side notes, in general, I use about the same amount of soap as I would in a bucket, so the cost savings would be the same. Also, I tend to dilute soap some in the jug to thin it out, I dont use straight soap.

I used Hyper Wash with DI water in a foamer and it REALLY foamed up. I think I added too much soap as it had tons of residue I had to rinse off.

I have found that I have to have basically straight soap in the foam bottle to get good thickness from the foam (been using Armor All Wash & Wax to use up a bottle I had) - found if I diluted the mixture with water, it wasn't thick enough!!!

Although this doesn't directly answer the OP as this is a foam cannon connected to a pressure washer, it does indicate the foaming action of Hyperwash.

Recommended dilution ratio of 400:1 was used.
