Hey guys, just wondering if anyone out there has used both the Mytee HP60 and the durramiad 1600 extractor and if you have can you give some info on both regarding to what you liked and disliked about the two and which one you prefer. Also if anyone has just used one of them i would appreciate your opinion on your select machine

I use the small Mytee works great. If you are doing large volume of car don't buy a big one.

I've had my HP60 for over a year now and it is a great machine. Maintainence costs are pretty low too. The diaphram on the origional water pump is going out now, it still holds pressure by the pump constantly cycles because the diaphram won't close all the way and pressure escapes back into the lines. The pump could last for another 6 months or go out tomorrow. Replacement was about $180. Also the valve system in the trigger started weakening and would drip water out of the nozzle, very annoying when trying to dry carpets. After numerous attempts to rebuild and fix I just bought a new handle ($80) and saw the design has been drastically improved, so no more issues there.

Overall for a unit price of $1500 and 700+ cars later, ~$300 in upkeep is really low.
