Try NXT Tech Wax 2.0 after the cleaner wax.

Also, keeping some Quick Detail and a couple microfibers in the car is helpful. Lets you clean up messes like bird doo and water spots from sprinklers as soon as you notice them.

You can also get a California Duster to wipe the dust off the car between quick details and washes.

First off, Hello and welcome to mol.

Get yourself The ultimate quik detailer and some high quality microfibers. Use this between wahes, just for light dust and bird poop and stuff like that.

After a regular wash, Give it some ultimate quik wax. A easy to use wipe on, wipe off wax.

That should keep your ride looking great.

        Hey Brian,

As you may or may not know, the best thing you can really do to keep your car looking great is simply to wash it often and wash it properly. When a vehicle is maintained well on a regular basis, it minimizes the need for other more advanced correctional steps. Watch this video and follow every thing he says. Trust me, you WILL NOT be disappointed. I've been using this method for over a year now and my car literally looks brand new. The dealership even thought it was brand new.

If you keep washing the car on a regular basis using this method, you won't even need wheel cleaner and won't have to wax, polish, or clay as often. It's just like with other things in life, the more you maintain, the less repairs will be needed.

That's the best advice I can give, honestly. The beauty of Meguiar's though is that when you do need to do some polishing or waxing, it is so satisfying because their products are awesome. Also, don't be too hard on yourself because your car is a daily driver - you can't keep it looking 100% like a show car. That just won't happen and you can't expect it to. However, you CAN keep it looking better than all the other daily drivers out there with Meguiar's, some knowledge, time, and effort!

            Hi, Brian. Welcome to MOL.

Check out this article: Your Daily Driver: A Simple Wash & Wax Regimen.

If you want to move to an advanced detailing level, you will need to purchase a dual action polisher, pads, and polishes. Expect an initial investment of $300-$500. But even in the absence of a dual action polisher, you can keep your ride looking great if you follow the suggestions in the above article.

NXT 2.0 topped with Gold Class will provide you with the deepest shine with the off the shelve products. And don't forget tire shine. Gold Class High Endurance High Gloss should be a favorite at the parking lot. And convince some of your friends to get into this addiction. Then you can start making the big purchases online and splitting costs and what have you.

If you start making a list, some good sites to get products from are
                    autodetailingsolutions.net
                    autogeek.net
                    chemicalguys.com
                    detailedimage.com
Auto Detailing Solutions and Chemical Guys both sell sample sizes of their 1 gal and 5 gal products at a good price. And if you use GOLD on chemical guys, you get 5% off.
