    Rotary vs DA - Rookie

    I have about 2 years of car yard rotary experience, which now looks to be pretty useless. I just bought a rotary but I am getting swirls etc. Should I look at buying a DA or just increase my experience using the rotary. When would you use one and not the other etc?
