Thanks in advance for any input.
I have a 1998 Accord in "heather mist" (a cross between gold and silver). Last night it got keyed from headlights to taillights. At some point they lost control and it went up into the trim near the window and they started again.
Anyways, the car has its share of door dings and paint chips and am not looking for perfection, just trying to hide it a bit. I am passing on the insurance route as I have a $500 deductible.
The scratch doesn't appear too deep, I can feel it with my finger but my finger nail doesn't really catch it.
I have a PC 7424 that I have used in the past with Megs cleaner wax. I have some white (mild cut) pads and and a black glazing/finesse pad (no cut) that I got from another online retailer.
My plan was to use M80 with a W8006 pad to start and see how that goes. From reading the forums, it sounds like the M105 is great but should not be used with a PC (is that right?). If the M80 doesn't improve it much, I might try the M105 by hand and finish with M205.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks again.
