  • Fading Paint Experts please help

    I have attached pictures of my 2003 eclipse, please advise if I can do anything except get a paint job, that is too expensive for me right now and I am looking to get out cheap, just cover the white spots so it doesn't look as bad, thanks and hope to hearing from all the experts. I am attaching pics, please any help would be absolutely and greatly appreciated. BTW huge Newbie, in terms of car care

    That would be clear coat failure.

    There is nothing that a product in a bottle can do for that, the only fix is re-painting.

      I agree with Murr nothing you can do except have it repainted

            repaint is the only way to fix that. That said, I would put a coat of Colorx on the car to maybe remove some of the oxidation and slow down the clear coat failure on the rest of the car.
