A liquid/paste wax, and a spray wax, are two different things.
Ultimate Quick Wax would be the compliment for Nxt 2.0, but doesnt replace a proper coat of liquid/paste wax.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue

I believe Murr mis-read the first post and was replying about Ultimate Quik Wax, or UQW.
NXT 2.0, UQD, and UQW all feature the Hydrophobic Polymer technology that sheets and beads water off and away from your paint very effectively. However, all three products have their own unique uses and should not be used interchangeably.
UQD is intended for removing light dust and fingerprints and as a beautification agent- great for cleaning at car shows and such.
UQW is meant to be used on a freshly washed surface that is 100% clean of dirt or debris. It is not a replacement for NXT 2.0, but does add more of a substantial coating that UQD does.
NXT 2.0 is a true sealant/wax that leaves lasting protection with the benefits of Hydrophobic Polymer technology. Personally, I like to use NXT 2.0 as the base every couple months, and then use UQD to remove light dust in-between full washes, and UQW right after full washes.
