applying second coat

I am using the Cleaner wax (#6) and would like to apply a second coat of NXT 2.0.
How long does the #6 take to cure.

Give it 15-20 minutes as a minimum. 12-24 hours for absolute best looks.

Thanks, Thats what I was afraid of. So what is the difference between appling it 30 min or waiting for the full cure. What is actually happening when appling the second coat after 30 min.
I am assuming that after 12-24 hours you are truly putting one coat on top of the other, so after 30 min are you just spreading the first coat and maybe adding a little more wax.

I don't think anyone has ever proven how layers of wax/polish, etc interact. Its one of those things that just seems to work better when you do it.

If you can keep the car clean overnight, and have time the next day, then great. You might get 5-10% better looks.

But for me, with a car outside, and having things to do, its more of a hassle, and more messing with the paint (risking swirls ,etc), to clean the car back off and apply more wax. So for me, its not worth it.
