Maybe im a little retarded this might sound stupid, I just bought some Hyper Dressing HOW do you dilute it. I want to go for the shiner look, So if i want to do it 2:1 does that mean 2oz of hyper dressing 1oz water?

Hyper Dressing Dilution:
1:1 = High Gloss
2:1 = Medium Gloss
3:1 = Satin Finish
