Re: ADS has M16 paste wax

I wondered if another retailer would start selling these tins.

Last year, I paid $15 for a few tins and thought that was a deal. This year, I picked up a few tins for $2.50... I'm not mad, but it is just funny to see a seller with so many tins for sale at such a ridiculous price.

Good find. Now we know who bought those 42 tins of M16 from the ebay seller!

I have 8 tins sitting on my shelf... I think that will last me.

On a side note, I tried applying it using my hands instead of a foam applicator ('cause I could). Totally not worth it. Coverage was not as good and I had to wash my hands afterward. No reason to use hands over applicator.

All of a Sudden M16 is everywhere!

I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.

        I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
        Remove swirls my friends.

I wonder if this is in repsonse from the craze we stirred...How long has it been since this was avalaible in the US?

I bought 2 tins from the Ebay seller for $5.00 each, $10 shipped for both.
A couple of years ago, I bought 2 tins on Ebay for $25 each. That averages to $15 a can for the 4 I have. I am not buying anymore. Four tins will outlive me.

Right now, the market is saturated with cheap M16. Whoever bought a bunch thinking to put them back on Ebay for a quick buck, will have to wait a long time.

Hahaha, I'm sure Rick (ADS guy) got quite a few from the Ebay seller . Smart man.

They raided Mike Phillips' stash of 2,500 cans. Just my theory.

Hmmm...that is borderline shady if Rick bought those from the eBay seller and is looking to flip them on the community.

That is great. Now I have another excuse to place a order with ads.

it should really be listed as NOS (new old stock)

but oh well no biggie I guess

I thought M16 was not allowed to be sold in US. You were able to buy it from eShine Canada though. Private party sellers via eBay probably does not have the same restriction.

I'd be shocked if Rick is shipping this to states where it's not VOC compliant (i.e. California).
